Sometimes our loved ones need help with their day to day finances. Ordinary tasks such as balancing a checkbook, paying the electric bill, phone, cable and other household bills can be an ominous task for the elderly in our family.
We have a special group of MyPartners Care Givers who are experienced, trained, honest, bonded, and knowledgeable in the bookkeeping field.
Your loved one gets assistance every month making sure their bills are current and up to date. We keep you up to date on their finances every step of the way.
We assist your loved ones in keeping bill paying financial records and keep you and anyone in your family to inform and provide copies of work that has been completed.Services include Weekly, Bi-Monthly or Monthly Bill Pay, Management of household finances - You choose what you or your loved one will need.
- Checkbook writing, balancing and maintaining a check register.
- Comparing your monthly bank statements with the check register and setting up a monthly budget.
- Handle deposits, and audit trails for money received.
- Review and pay household bills, budgeting and record keeping.
- Upon request, we will handle routine and day to day financial transactions like home repairs, routine maintenance and emergency medical expenses.
- Provide guidance when it comes to household issues and unexpected expenses.
- Analyze current and long term cash flow needs by analyzing expenses compared to income.
- Working closely with family Financial Advisor to fund retirement programs already in place.
- Sort paperwork into an organized system and make available to the family members in a digital format.
- Organize tax documents, discard unnecessary paperwork, and prepare paperwork for taxes at year end.
We keep the bills up to date so your loved one can enjoy an independent lifestyle.
Bookkeeping Packages:
Regular Package: - $100 per month
Set up organization of all bills and asset accounts. Scan documents and make available to family members. Check and balance checkbook during the initial visit. Once a month pay bills for our Client. End of year reconciliation and documents handed off to accountant or tax preparer.
Regular Plus: - $125 per month
All of the above and end of year taxes* completed for you by an approved tax preparer.
Royal Plus - $199 per month
Same as the regular plus just all work completed by an approved MyPartners In Living accountant.
