This means that you will be responsible for workmens compensation insurance, state, and federal income tax deductions, forwarding these to the applicable government agencies and the responsibility of providing a W-2 at the end of the year. Cleaning Services

Q: What should I do if I find that I would like the Caregiver or Cleaner to do extra tasks that were not allocated at the time of booking?

A: Telephone the Agency and advise the Supervisor of the situation. The Caregiver or Cleaner or Handyman will normally do as much as possible in the time allocated attending to your priorities first. If you are not on the premises, he/she will leave a note explaining exactly what has been done and suggest an appropriate number of hours required for completion of the tasks. If the Caregiver, Cleaner, or Handyman has no other commitments, he/she may be able to stay longer at your request, to complete the work required. These requests have to be authorized by the Supervisor on duty before they can be performed. Please do not try to hire the Caregiver, Cleaner, or Handyman directly as they will be subject to immediate dismissal. As per our contract, you will be liable for the additional work anyway.

Q: What cleaning tools and products do I need to provide?

You must ensure that all appliances and cords are in good working order and safe to use. If you also require the MyPartners Caregiver/Cleaner to wash and iron clothes, linen etc you will need to provide laundry detergent and spray starch (if you prefer a finisher for the ironing).

Q: We have not contracted for our household cleaning before should I follow-up the Caregiver/Cleaner while the work is being undertaken?

A: If there is a special way you like things to be done, please advise the Caregiver/cleaner prior to beginning of the service. Then you may ask the Caregiver to have you to check each area as it is completed. Caregiver/cleaners have been advised at their interview that your suggestions are to be considered as they are performing their task.
