Assessment - A perfect Match
The MyPartners In LivingTM assessment is not the average run of the mill homemaker and companion assessment.
We use Geriatric Care Managers to assess your loved one; The Geriatric Care Manager will come to your home to meet with and interview your loved one. They will get to know the Client in a comfortable and non-threatening manner. Once they have completed their assessment a comprehensive report is then produced to assure that the Caregiver will have a complete picture of the Clients needs and wants.
Once we know all we can, then we start to match you with the best Partner, YourPartner In LivingTM. A Perfect Match!

Our Stories
“ I was only 72 when I realized I needed help. I was a widower and had just been released from the hospital. The recovery process was difficult for my body and I knew that no matter how much I wanted to, I couldn't do it by myself. Now I have Michael, my Certified Caregiver. He is there to help me with my medical needs, but mostly he is someone who I enjoy beating in chess every day. ”
